Thanksgiving Day

Thanksgiving Day is a national holiday celebrated in Canada and the USA. It is celebrated on the second Monday of October in Canada and on the fourth Thursday of November in the United States.




This is a traditional American dinner.


They eat turkey and lots of other food. 
They say thanks for their families, their  luck, their jobs, their health, etc.

Thanksgiving Day 2016

Thanksgiving Day is an annual national holiday in the United States and Canada celebrating the harvest and other blessings of the past year. In the US Thanksgiving is celebrated on the fourth Thursday of November while in Canada the second Monday of October.

First nation-wide Thanksgiving was proclaimed on November 26, 1789 by George Washington.
